  1. +1 This is a common task for when a client changes their name and we need to migrate all information to a new Remote Site.
  2. Potential workaround I have delpoyed for sites we cannot control passwords for is a dedicated list, that allows poor passwords. This list requires reasons for the password being poor etc.
  3. I would like to see it possible for the Browser Extension to timeout its login without having it tied to closing a browser window to increase security. Reason being, that my team opens and closes browser windows all the time, meaning the extension will sign itself out regularly during the day. This then means they need to go back to the tab with Passwordstate open (in a separate window that they keep open all day) and refresh that tab to get the browser extension working again. Disabling the browser extension sign out on closing a window then introduces a security issue. The browser extension will always have access to passwords without the need for the user to re-authenticate and 2FA, Forever unless the browser is left open and idle for the timeout period. Which logging out or restarting the PC does not count as tomorrow or next week, the browser extension will immediately have access to all password data again. My suggestion would be that the browser extension is only alive as long as you have a logged in session to the Passwordstate website. OR The extension sets a maximum life time. This life time would match the current idle timeout setting. So, if a user restarts their PC and goes home (for example overnight), then when they start up the PC again the extension will have timed out if that time has elapsed. Therefore needing them to log back in again.
  4. All of my team will run multiple browser tabs in Passwordstate, as they will use hosts and passwords regularly. It would be nice for Passwordstate to show more information in the Browser tab title what screen you have open so you can see at a glance which tab you need to go to. If you are in a Password list it could give you the list name\folder name If you are in the Hosts tab, it will add "Hosts" If you are in the Passwords tab, it will add "Passwords"
  5. Request 1 - Option to enable\disable swipe to sync We have tens of thousands of lists which means syncing takes quite a while (3 to 4 minutes with 20,000+ lists). When using an Android phone it is quite easy to accidentally trigger a sync request when scrolling through lists. I would like to see the option of disabling "Swipe to sync" mean my users would go to the menu and choose sync. Request 2 - Option to enable\disable search as you type With thousands of lists when searching for a folder or list, it is quite laggy. It would be nice to be able to enable\disable search as you type. Disabling search as you type would allow you to type in the entire word\words you are looking for then hit the search button. This would speed up the UX for users with thousands of lists.
  6. Would be really great in our environment to have the ability to Favourite a Password Folder. Our techs are across a number of clients, which means their Favourite list can get quite long (each client has the same set of password lists). The ability to favourite a folder gives them quick access to all lists under that folder, and its easier to navigate. Going forward, if the ability of only syncing favourites was added to the mobile app, this would allow for a much more efficient sync process for those that have large environments. Thanks,
  7. Hi team, It would be good to show when a host connection is in use and by who. This would prevent our current situation with someone else on our support team logging into a server and stealing the current support persons session. Same logic as checking out a password, you connect to a host, the host icon goes to a "checked out" state and is marked as in use by "Bob Smith" until Bob logs out, or checks the host back in. This would then also allow an additional report for each user to allow them to report on what servers they logged into and for how long that day\week\month, for those that must keep accurate time records and change history logs.
  8. +1 BGInfo and other RDP related settings are quite important as an MSP.
