Thank you, I restored and then followed the manual upgrade instructions after reading the below article and this process worked. I'm now on the latest version.

Hi, I have just upgraded and got this error hence why I'm here. I have rebooted the server but it didn't clear. i have then set the CustomErrors to off and now get the below. Any help would be appreciated.
