  1. +1 We are facing the same issue while trying to import the logs to a SIEM. A structured format would be so helpful. Parsing each syslog entry is quite exhausting 😉 Especially or as a minimum a categorization of the event similar to the Audit Log in pwdstate would be really appreciated. Passwordstate belongs to the category of security relevant systems and really should offer a modern and state-of-the-art interface to other Security Tools like a SIEM. Thanks
  2. Thanks for that information and your prompt reply. I did not recognized this update. We did the update right now but the user affected reports that the error message still appears. It is now working within a password list properly, BUT in case you open the password record the error appears under certain circumstances. It is working when the user uses the copy button directly after opening the record. In case you copy the username first or the URL then the same error is displayed and copy does not work. Same applies if you hit the copy password button more than 1 time. So it seems that the error is not fixed to 100%. Regards Philipp
  3. We experienced some strange behaviors in the copy to clipboard functions since the upgrade to 9653 for some of our Mac/Safari users. Are there any already known issues here. If the user is trying to copy a password to the clipboard, Passwordstate is displaying a error message. If he is doing the same with Chrome on Mac it works at expected. Does anybody recognized already similar issues? Please find attached the error. Thanks. Philipp
  4. I'm searching for a feature to send reminder emails to List Admins (or request approvers) which did not respond to an access request within a pre-defined time range (let's take 24 h) for this example. This means, I would like Passwordstate to send such reminders to the approvers when they did not have approved/denied an access request properly in time. Otherwise, it would be very nice to have the possibility to access pending requests via API. This was my first idea, to write a short script searching for pending access requests and send them an email. But it seems that accessing the Pending Access Requests by API is not possible. The API should return any request assigned to any approver - similar as it is designed in the SQL table. Thanks.
  5. Hi, Unfortunately this fix won't work for us. Since upgrading to Build 9435 we have severe problems with the shutdown of the "PasswordstateApps" pool after using the API (Reporting, API, Browser Extension, Reset Portal). Disabling and / or excluding as described above is not helping to fix the issue. Ticket is already open. Anybody else have problems with this after upgrading to 9435? EDIT/UPDATE: It seems we found the issue. Disabling the service is currently not enough (latest Win2019 server). After removing the service completely, everything works fine again. Best Regards Philipp
  6. Hi, I would like to place this Feature Request here because I found nothing about it in the manuals. A member of a team here in my company using Passwordstate V8.3 (one of latest builds) was asking me - When are the accounts in the Recycle Bin deleted permanently? So I went to the System Settings Tab and tried to find out any option to set here but I found nothing about it. It would be nice to get such a feature to enable the auto delete for Recycle Bin's in order to delete accounts older (with regards to the deletion date) than e.g. 90 days. In addition to that it would be nice if a deletion date could be displayed in the "Recycle Bin view". Thanks Best Regards Philipp
