Issue: You browse to your Passwordstate website, and try to log in, but you are immediately logged out to the screen below: Troubleshooting Steps: - First try logging in with your emergency account by following this forum post: https://www.clickstudios.com.au/community/index.php?/topic/1887-recover-emergency-access-password/ - If you are able to log in successfully as emergency, try changing your authentication into Passwordstate to something different to see if that helps. Possibly if you are using SAML or Active Directory for logging in, these systems are unavailable which will cause the loop. If you check your settings for these in Passwordstate, but still cannot work out why you can log in with emergency, but not your normal account, please log a support call with Click Studios for assistance. - If you cannot even log in with Emergency, the issue will most likely be the version of your Passwordstate web installation files is running an older build compared to the version of your Passwordstate database. These versions need to be running the same build for the website to work correctly. This forum post describes how you can check versions: https://www.clickstudios.com.au/community/index.php?/topic/1664-how-to-tell-what-version-of-passwordstate-i-am-using/ If you find your install files are older than your database, please follow section 5 of this document to upgrade the install files to the latest build, and this will fix the issue: https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version9/Upgrade_Instructions.pdf If this still does not fix the issue, please log a support call with Click Studios for assistance.
