  1. In the Self Service Password Reset portal users shouldn't be limited to the verification policies that takes precedence. They should be able to enroll in any that an administrator enables. Then when they go to reset their password they should be asked which method they want to use.
  2. We have an IDM solution that automatically creates our user accounts in AD and then notifies the user that the accounts exists. The IDM system can't enroll the user in the password reset portal because of the delay between creating the account in AD and the scheduled sync to Passwordstate. In the GUI, we can sync a single account from AD...please add that same option to the API. OR, Passwordstate could sync the account before trying to enroll the user when we hit /portalenroll.
  3. If Passwordstate Password Reset Portal had the ability to write a users new password to multiple platforms outside of Active Directory we would be able to use it to replace our existing SSPM solution. Some of these platforms we need to synchronize to are already accounted for in the built-in PowerShell password reset scripts in Passwordstate but some may involve writing custom scripts. Bring over the exact same capability you have in Passwordstate already for adding dependent reset scripts. Ideally we would be able to say if a user in a specific AD group we would like them to have the following password reset scripts executed after a successful reset against AD.
