Paul Dekker
When using SAML2 authentication and a second factor, you only have one MFA choice for all users. It is not possible to have different MFA methodes for users because the user account policy is not dominant to the "After SAML Authentication is complete"-field. Please make the user account policy dominant also for this field. This issue is known at your servicedesk under number id=20245813080827
support
Thanks for your request Paul. Another option you could consider is to not use our 'Additional' authentication option with SAML, and instead configure your SAML providers authentication options as appropriate - assuming you can configure different options for different user accounts. Paul Dekker
Thanks, but this is not the required option because that has to be configured in the AD infrastructure. For Passwordstate we would like an other configuration then for usual applications. And we need more flexibility. For that reason we prefer the user account policy.
