Dual Authentication Paths

I know that when configuring Passwordstate, SSO is an option. But in the case that our SSO system goes down, is there a way to have dual authentication paths configured where Passwordstate automatically switches over to the other authentication method?

 

Along that same idea, is there a way to do a different authentication method at the same time as having SSO enabled? 

 

Our concern is that when SSO experiences an outage, users cannot get into Passwordstate.
