We have a huge issue with frequent sign-outs. I have it installed on a dedicated internal server and let my users access it via Entra ID App Proxy and SAML authentication. The connection works fine, but the sign-out is happening very often. I have set the inactivity logout in the admin portal to lenient 400 minutes, but this did not help. I previously had Kerberos Constrained Delegation for authN, I thought this might cause it, but SAML did not solve it. I think the app proxy could be the issue, but I am not entirely sure. I get this error in the App Proxy, ,but it does not really make sense to me. Why does the connection to the backend server fail after some time. Once I press ctrl+r it refreshes and works again. The error message I get in the Passwordstate user interface is below. Did anyone face a similar issue? Should I maybe exchange the App Proxy with Azure App Gateway instead?
