HeizungAuf5 Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Hi there, I just noticed that the Passwordstate mobile app is no longer able to connect. When attempting to set up the app, we receive an error stating that the connection cannot be established. Since there have been no changes to our infrastructure, I can’t think of any immediate reason why the connection would suddenly fail. Is there a log available on the mobile app server that could provide insights into where the issue might be occurring? Here’s what I’ve already checked: The SSL certificate is up to date. The mobile app server can successfully reach the main Passwordstate server. External requests are being forwarded correctly via the reverse proxy. The external Passwordstate mobile URL can be successfully accessed in a browser (externally) with a "200 - Status Okay" response. Reset the mobile app and try to repair with QR code Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this working again? Thank you and best regards from Germany!
