support
With the new request access to passwords feature, the approver can only reject or approve a request. It's up to the requestor to set a date and time for when he/she will have access to the record. A customer has requested that the approver should be able to modify that time during the approval process. Regards, Support

Philipp
+1 Please rebuild this feature from the old pwdstate feature set. For us it's very important that the approver is able to restrict the approval for certain users, e.g. trainees. Thanks
support
Hi Philipp, Thanks for the vote, and we will post back here once we've had the time to improve this new feature. For now, our only suggestion is the Approvers reject the request, providing a reason why it is rejected. Regards Click Studios
