[Tagging, flagging, or sharing passwords]

My searches of the manuals and forums didn't yield any results; I guess I was just using the wrong keywords. I think that linked passwords will do what I need!

[Tagging, flagging, or sharing passwords]

I am looking for a way to mark certain passwords as belonging to a category, orthogonal to the list that they're in. Things that don't work are:

 

* Sharing a password entry among multiple lists. That doesn't seem to be a thing in PasswordState.

* Applying a tag to password. Again, tags don't seem to be a thing.

* Using a custom field as a flag. I guess I could fake this with a text field or radio button set, but of all the data type available for custom fields, a check box (the visual representation of a boolean value) doesn't seem to be one of them.

 

So, what is the idiomatic way in Passwordstate to mark a password as belonging to a category?
