Scott McInness Posted June 12 Share Posted June 12 Can you please provide the option to have the excessive activity tracker consider the same user from the same IP address copying/viewing the same password multiple times to be a single occurrence? We receive many emails per day where a user has copied the same password, or the same two or three passwords, enough times to trigger the alert. This often occurs when the password hasn’t copied to the clipboard quickly, due to the size of the password grid or the browser or computer is running at high CPU utilisation, or the user thinks the password hasn’t copied to the clipboard for whatever reason (perhaps they haven't noticed the Clear Clipboard button appear or it was already there from a previous copy).
