I've got a default email client configured. I'll try from an alternate email address.

I've been trying to submit a support ticket via the website, but when I enter the required info and click 'Generate Support Ticket', it just sits there. I've sent three email messages to 'support@clickstudios.com.au' over the past week, but I've had no replies. Am I missing something here? Is there another method by which I can have support contact me?
