Because of the databased saved url in permalink, the passworstate server wants to contact that url for open remote sessions of hosts. In the HA szenario where different Hosts mit different urls use the same database, the failover to use the host which url is not in permalink (priimary host down) does not open remote sessions to the saved hosts without changing the url in system options.
