If anyone else gets stuck with this, disable anonymous auth on the site. It will let you use windows auth then. I'd still like to know if there is a bypass url, though.

..and I guess I typo'd my emergency password becuase it won't take it.

Is there an override url for non-SAML auth? I had it working with my admin account because the override per user wasn't working, and then it.. stopped working. If https://pws.mycompany.com/logins/saml/default.aspx is the format for saml auth, I have to assume there is an override but I can't find it documented anywhere.
