  1. Hi Guys, Im getting the following error when trying to delete users (either single users or multiple) I am on V8.9 (Build 8990) The error is : Error Code = The statement has been terminated. Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression., StackTrace = at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteReaderInternal(CommandBehavior behavior, String method) at System.Data.OleDb.OleDbCommand.ExecuteNonQuery() at Passwordstate.User.DeleteUserAccount(String strUserID, String strFirstName, String strSurname) I get this either when clicking on the arrow beside the user and clicking delete or seleting Delete from the "Process Selected Items" dropdown at the bottom of the user page. Can you help ? THanks Alan
  2. Hi, Yes i can confirm they have this access, but theres no way to run a report on an individual password or password list. The only options i have are : 1. What permissions exist (all users and security groups)? 2. What permissions exist for a user? 3. What Permissions exist for a Security Group? 4. What permissions exist for all shared password records (enumerated permissions report)? What im looking for is that the audit user can click on a password list (but not the individual entries in it) so as to see the password list permissions like the screenshot attached.....
  3. Thanks for the quick reply, Ive assigned the user Reporting, Auditing and Auditing Graphs in Security Administrator Roles. But they still are unable to view the password list permissions ? Can you talk me through how to allow this for the audit user pls ? Thanks Alan
  4. Hi Guys, We have a user in our company who is responsible for all Audit tasks. Previously the external auditors would come to me and we would sit down and print-screen which users had access to the specific passwords they requested. Also they would ask me to print screen the history of the password so they could see when changes were made to the password. Is there a way for me to give this access to the above new Audit person without giving him access to any of the passwords ? I cant find a way to do this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Basically the audit user need access to view password/list permissions and also password history. Thanks Alan
  5. HI, This screenshot was taken from the users machine and they dont have lastpass on their machine. Ive since created multiple new user account and given them auditing rights on security administration and i still get the same result, only 11 records showing
  6. Hey Guys, Im running v8.7 build 8792 and am looking to setup a user so that they can only do audit tasks (they work for the audit team). Ive created/added the user and have given them only Auditing and Auditing Graphs rights in Security Admin. When they go into Auditing though they can only see the discovery jobs that were done, they get no password audit data ? Only 11 records are shown. Screenshot attached of the only things they can see. Can you tell me what permissions they need or how i go about setting this up ? THanks Alan
