Documentation change suggestion

In the v9 Security Administrators Manual, in the section "User Account Actions Menu" there is the following note:

Note 2 : Disabling a user's account does not count towards the number of used licenses

 

I think this text is ambiguous.  It seems to be implying that the act of disabling a user account had no effect on your count of licenses used.  But this is obviously nonsense, only enabled users are counted when determining how many licenses are being used.

 

I suggest something like this:

"Note 2: When a user's account has been disabled, it no longer counts towards the number of licenses used.  In other words, only enabled users are counted when determining how many licenses are being used."
