SAML2 with Azure AD

Hi,

I'm having an odd issue when I try to login whith my Azure AD account.

When I test connection with Azure, I d'ont have error message but the web page loads resquest in a loop.

Here's my setup of SAML authentication :

 

 

And here's the result :

 

 

The test in Azure App web page is good but we can't access the app.
