Password cycling and preemptive email notifications?

Does PasswordState have a way to change a list of specific AD accounts' passwords to something random... and optionally email these upcoming pending passwords out to specific users several days in advance?  This would help us in situations when certain departments have shared guest AD accounts.  If it can't do this out of the box, does anyone have a script utilizing the API that can perhaps do some part of this?  Script language shouldn't matter as I should be able to adapt.  Thanks for any pointers!  -Mac
