Default template for new password list in a Folder

On folders, an option to specify "Copy Setting from Template" and "Copy Permissions from Template" that applies to new password lists created in this folder and sub folders.

If unconfigured on a folder, the value from the parent folder should be inherited.

 

This will make it easier for users to create new password lists with correct permissions.

Any comments on this.
I would like to specify that password lists created in a folder defaults to a specific template for settings and/or permissions. Unconfigured would default to current behaviour.
