Report "What passwords are expiring soon?" - Notification of all list admins possible?

Hello Support,

 

I understood the function of the Scheduled Report "What passwords are expiring soon?" to notify the report creator and all recipients included in the "Cc" when a password expires in time span x days. I.e. with several recipients this list must be maintained manually. Is this correct?

 

Is there a way that always all admins of a shared password list can be notified?
