No MFA Login is working.

Hi.

I am in a POC of Password State, mainly as a PAM.

Ia have setup both AD accounts and local accounts in the system.

But when I want to turn on any kind of MFA on the accounts, none the methods is working, very frustrating.

I have tried Google Auth, Yubikey, and One time password, when I am trying to login with different account and setup MFA none of these metods are working.

The only one I got working is the email option, and that is not an option, only one of the above.
