Accessing API is blocked with "You do not have permission to view this directory or page"

Hi,

I'm just trying to use API - set up a test environment, can work with web UI - now trying to access it via API - copied the example for Powershell-Script. edited my account and cred settings - and always run into the following error

You do not have permission to view this directory or page

Do I need to activate API in general? Set any security for API in IIS? Any hints are welcome 🙂
