Password Generator Policies force 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number and 1 special character

Good morning,

The creation of Password Generator Policies does not seem to apply the chosen options.

Goal: Create an 8-character password generator with obligatorily in the password 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number and 1 special character (these in order to correlate with the password strength policies that I created).

The configuration:
Password generator Policies is configured as follows:
Checked: Include Alphanumerics & Special Characters
Checked: Lower-case Checked: Upper-case Checked: Numbers
Checked or unchecked: Include higher ratio of alphanumerics vs special characters
Checked: Include the following special characters.

Error:
When I generate a password I get for example: 2suZrGQ9
KP3ec4vW
PeWDdAkU
Note that some special characters are missing.

It is certainly possible to use Generate Using a Pattern but the password is then no longer random in terms of its structure.

Question:
Is it possible to force the generated password to have whatever happens 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, 1 number and 1 special character?
