cannot create shared password list

Since the upgrade to 9,7 (b9753) i cannot create a shared passwordlist anymore.

The option to create a shared passwordlist or folder is greyed out.

i have admin rights on the folder and the account used is a security admin within Passwordstate.

in addition All users have permission to create Shared Password Lists in the root of Passwords Home.
