Passwordstate extension logging out

We have the timeout set to 0, and have it set to not logout on browser close, but we have users that are constantly logged out of their browser extension. Our worst affected user gets logged out of the extension every hour. This persists through multiple devices that the user has tried. How do I find out why these few users are constantly getting logged out of the extension, and how do I stop it.
