Get a notification/email with a list of accounts where the password that has not changed in xx time?

Hi,

Is it possible to configure a notification / email alert on set schedule that contains a list of accounts/users, where the password has not been changed in XX time?
I've looked through the alerting and reporting templates and couldn't find anything that matches.

Basically I'd like an email/alert every 6 months that says something like "The following accounts have had the same password for more than 12 months: "  or something similar

Any ideas?
