View permissions based on user

Hello,

 

is it possible (as an admin) to view what permissions a specific user has?

I can see the permissions based on the list or folder (View Individual Password Permissions or View Permissions)but is it possible based on the user?

Ok, I've found something in the Administration section under Reporting.

There is a site called What permissions exist for a user?

But these data doesn't look up-to-date... Duration of 30 days is preselected and I can't change it.

Is there any function to see the current live permissions?
