Addtional Authentication after SAML in Account Policies

Please consider adding in the ability to assign policies to certain users to perform additional authentication option after SAML. Right now in System Settings there's an option to add another authentication option after SAML but that's system wide. What we are looking for is the ability to enable this settings per user so probably in account policies and users that have access to extremely sensitive passwords require them to perform a second auth in order to login. This would also be beneficial since you can change 'Additional Authentication' for password lists so only show lists to people who have done a second auth option after SAML.
