Configurable Separation of Duties when modfying system secrets, emergency password.

Hi,  

 

Is it possible to request a configurable option where a secondary Passwordstate admin is required to login and to permit the modfication of system secrets and emergency passwords.    It would be a useful feature preventing a single admin from modifying those passwords.

 

Also, is it possble that those passwords are obfuscated when in the relevant application location
