Account Discovery - Schedule type allow Hourly

With only being able to schedule account discovery daily we miss many desktops that are in Asia/India and thus offline. 
Our current work around is to make more than 1 account discovery for each GEO (APAC, EMEA, Americas).

Being able to make the account discovery run 4 times per day would fix this issue.

This would also be really great for some other use cases. Currently, despite daily account and host discovery, we are creating hosts automatically via the API because otherwise you would have to wait a day before you could assign passwords to a host or connect to it remotely from PasswordState.

 

@jfail Perhaps you could change the Title to "Account and Host Discovery", the "Host Discovery" Feature has the same schedules.
