Administration area Grid filters that do not clear after each action

Hi there,

I would like to see Administration grids not losing a filter after performing an action.

Example :
In the Password List management screen under Administration,  each time you set a filter,  that filter disappears after performing an action such as delete password list.  I would like the filter to stick (like in a password search) until you clear it or at least until you leave the Administration area.
