Ability to hide the "Disable inheritance of any upper level folder permission propagation" from Modify Users.

I'd like to have the ability to hide the "Disable inheritance of any upper level folder permission propagation" from users with the modify role.  This would prevent them from removing security groups that I want to have access to all shared private lists/folders created in the application.

+1; but this probably makes more sense as both a password list template option and user account policy option.

We would like this hidden/set to 'always inherit permissions' for the users with modify permissions too.
