User getting Access Denied

I added a user to Active Directory today, manually synced the group in Passwordstate, but they are getting "Access Denied".

They have a "Last Logged in" and their credentials show up under both folder and password list permissions.  I went to add them manually to the list, but they don't show up in the search.

I updated to 8765 today, and even recycled the Passwordstate service before coming here.

I figured it out, she was disabled in Passwordstate.
