Jarzi Posted February 5, 2021 Share Posted February 5, 2021 Hi, I am testing out the reset portal and I need to have users autoenrolled with "Email temporary PIN code" as the policy. I have imported an AD-group to portal and set the policy to autoenroll but the user stays unenrolled. AD sync is set at 5 minutes. pwreset01 account was imported as a member of pws-reset-users Actually it seems like AD sync is not running, it's now been 30 minutes since the last sync. We're using SAML2 authentication for passwordstate if that has anything to do with this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
