support Posted April 12, 2011 Posted April 12, 2011 ScamblePad authentication is an optional secondary authentication for when you are using Active Directory Integrated authentication. ScramblePad Authentication works by assigning a Pin number to a user's account. When asked to authenticate, the user must match their pin number against a series of randomly generated letters. You can make this option mandatory for all users by selecting it under ‘System Settings’, or individual users can enable it for their own account by selecting the option in Preferences -> Miscellaneous Settings.
