Can Passwordstate be used to connect to servers outside of my domain (with RDP, SSH etc.), without the remote site locations module? We do a lot of remote support, but I'm not sure all of our clients would be willing to install the remote site agent on their servers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
support Posted March 2, 2021 Share Posted March 2, 2021 Hi Robin, If you have an active VPN between your clients where the appropriate ports are open, then you do not require the Remote Site Locations module. If however they are firewalled over the internet, then the Remote Site Locations module is required - you need one port open for all Privileged Account Management functionality, and one port open for the Remote Session Gateway.
