PBA Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Hello, Unfortunately we are unable to upgrade our Passwordstate version 9050 to version 9073. I disabled the automatic back-up feature, because we do not want to. Or is this required? I tried the manual back-up but this gives the same error. And there is nothing related to this in the error console, also in SQL. Error:
support Posted March 23, 2021 Posted March 23, 2021 Hello PBA, With the Manual Upgrade you did, did you follow section "5. Manual Upgrade Instructions" in the following instructions - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version9/Upgrade_Instructions.pdf. This should replace all the files for you, and then you should be able to login and finish the upgrade of the database.
