support
The most common causes for this type of error are: When using Internet Explorer, you may have the option of 'Never' checked for 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' under the Temporary Internet File screen We've found that McAfee Antivirus software can cause this - the On-Access scanning causes IIS sessions to be killed. Please try excluding the Passwordstate folder from An-Access scanning if possible The server doesn't belong to the Active Directory domain your account does - they need to be on the same domain If there is not enough free memory on your web server, the Application Pool in IIS can reset, which will cause sessions in Passwordstate to end The URL you're using to access Passwordstate has an underscore in it i.e. Passwordstate_7 Problem occurs when trying to browse the Passwordstate web site on the Windows Server itself - this article may explain why - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896861. Try browsing from a desktop computer to see if the problem persists. RegardsClick Studios
