rankinc Posted June 18, 2021 Share Posted June 18, 2021 Hey, Two questions that I cannot seem to find the answer for: How do you see current remote sessions? (browser based launcher) I can see session start in auditing but not if they are active or not as far as I can see. Most times we use a URL credential the browser extension asks to Update or Later even though nothing has changed. Additionally, Update appears to do nothing. For your second query, can you please log a support call via this page https://www.clickstudios.com.au/support.aspx, and provide instructions for how we can reproduce this issue - and then we can look into it.
