Cannot find the "Help Menu"

Hi,

 

We are exploring the options of using the Passwordstate API for automatic tasks. On this site https://www.clickstudios.com.au/about/application-programming-interface.aspx you write that “full documentation can be found under the Help menu in your Passwordstate installation”. However, I cannot find the Help menu anywhere in Passwordstate. I have browsed through the documentation but cannot find where it should be located nor how to enable it if it is disabled. 

 

Do you have any ideas on where to find or enable the Help menu?
