Customize test in Reset Portal

Hi there, 

 

Is there some way I can customize the text in the landing page? I would like point out to the user that he/she first needs to enroll their accounts on the /enroll page, before they use the reset portal.

Hello Fabio,

 

We do not have a method of customizing this screen, mainly because it should not be required.

 

If the non-enrolled user enters their Username here and clicks 'Next', they will get the message 'Your user account has not been enrolled to use this Self Service Reset feature. Please contact your IS Service Desk for more information.'.
