Unable to access emergency site if domain authentication is down

When attempting to access the emergency site, the browser prompted for domain credentials. How can we get to the emergency site which is requiring domain authentication when domain authentication is down?

 

Happy to provide more details, hopefully this is a simple configuration issue but it caused quite an issue for us today.

Hi David,

 

By default, anonymous authentication for the Passwordstate web site is enabled in IIS. This prompt is occuring, because either you or someone else in your team has disabled it.

Please re-enable it and you will have no more issues.
