jeremyowens Posted June 3, 2022 Share Posted June 3, 2022 We'd like to have members of our Helpdesk be able to perform administrative functions in the PasswordReset Portal, specifically the User Management section. support Posted June 3, 2022 Share Posted June 3, 2022 Hello Jeremy, This is currenty possible by giving the Help Desk staff access to the one Security Administrator role to this 'User Account Management' screen.
