Allow PasswordReset Portal Administrators without Allowing Full Administrator Access to Main Instance

We'd like to have members of our Helpdesk be able to perform administrative functions in the PasswordReset Portal, specifically the User Management section.  But we do not want to give them full Administrative access to the main PasswordState instance.  Is this possible to implement?

Hello Jeremy,

 

This is currenty possible by giving the Help Desk staff access to the one Security Administrator role to this 'User Account Management' screen.

 

Please go to the screen Administration -> Security Administrators, and grant them access to this role.
