Partial functionality of Chrome Plug-In

The plug in has worked fine for a very long time but recently, even after clearing cache, cookies et cetera, the Chrome plug in fails to either auto-populate or manually populate some web pages (i.e. our Passwordstate instance) while others work fine (this forum).  I've played with the settings a bit and even un- and re-installed the plugin to no success.

 

A quick test of the Edge plug-in and it seemed to be working without issue.

 

Has anyone else run into this?
