Digital Dynamics Posted June 17, 2023 Share Posted June 17, 2023 Hi everyone, I have an iPhone 13 that I am trying to use the Passwordstate app on. I have followed this and none of these were a problem. https://blog.clickstudios.com.au/troubleshooting-passwordstate-app-server-mobile-app-connections/ I have another iPhone that is synced to my account with no problem. This user has never had the mobile app and is a new account. My Passwordstate app works fine, it has all the OTP codes etc. This user is not a security administrator and that’s all I can really see that is different. I’ve deleted the app several times and it connects to the app server fine and putting the master password in works fine, it just doesn’t actually show any passwords, just the endless loading wheel. has anyone else seen this before?
