How are Password Strength Policies Used?

Password Strength Policies are a visual representation of the strength of Passwords your users create. A few things to consider about Password Strength Policies:

• Password Strength Policies do not prevent users from entering weak passwords - it's simply a method of educating your users around the use of strong complex passwords
  
• You can have different Policies for different Password Lists - this is required as not all systems support complex passwords i.e. door tumbler's for building access only support numerics
