AD Error

Hi there,

 

we are having this error since today.

 

Active Directory Query Error

 

It appears an error has occured trying to query Active Directory for user information.

Please check the 'Active Directory Domain Name' value specified below is correct. If not, please update in the 'Active Directory Domains' screen.   We did not change anything, the  but we are not able to add new user via AD. This is only happening if we search for users, security groups is working.   Best regards

Hello,

This is very strange that this has just stopped working for you. The only thing I can think of which may cause this is the password being wrong for the Privileged Account Credential which is associated with your domain in Passwordstate, but if this was the case you also should not be able to search for security groups, so it is very odd.
