No viewrights to a passwords when de user has modifypermissions on de shared passwordlist

We have certain security groups defined via Active Directory.

Security groep "support" has Modify permissions on the passwordlist "windows users", but a member of that group can not view or copy a password in this list that's been added by one of the Security Administrators.

I suppose there is some setting wrong but which one ?
