Browser Extensions won't configure if using Azure Active Directory App Proxy

A recent customer of our has reported that our browser extensions weren't communicating to Passwordstate if using Azure AD App Proxy.  ie they would simply stay red and never turn white.

 

Our customer (Thanks Sam you're a champ) worked out that turning off Link Translation in Azure AD fixes the issue:
